A status check is to assist individuals of the Command structure,
in terms of updating them upon the stability of the city.
Here below you will find the wrong and correct way to respond to a status check.

Examples:

WRONG:

Superior radios in: "<:: All Units, report current status."
Unit radios in: "<:: All green, sir!"

RIGHT:

Superior radios in: "<:: All Units, report current status."
Units radios in: "<:: "Current 10-20 is District 2, Status is green, little to zero civil activity. Resuming 10-50."



<::VIOLATIONS+VERDICTS::>

<::NOTE::>
Any areas blocked off with Bio-Fields (Ex: Roof Access) can
be treated as a Level 3 or 2 Violation depending on what the violator has on their person)

<::LEVEL 1 VIOLATIONS::>

- Uncivil Behaviour: Running, screaming.
- Minor Malcompliance: Disobeying minor orders from a Civil Authority unit.

The Judgement for a Level 1 violation is a Level 1 verdict: a re-education, add 1 point if repeated.


<::LEVEL 2 VIOLATIONS::>

Anti-civil Behavior: behavior which does physical or material damage.
(Ex: theft, assault, homicide, etc.)
Inaction: Not reporting anti-civil behavior to a protection team.
Valence: Encouraging other citizens to perform a violation.
Possession of Class C Contraband.
Direct Unit Harassment(Verbal): Spitting or Swearing at the any ranked Unit.

The judgement for a Level 2 violation is a Level 2 verdict: 2 Cycles in Detainment (10 mins) and 3 points.

<::LEVEL 3 VIOLATIONS::>

Sociocide (attempted): Disruption of the social structure by damaging low-ranked
targets within the community. (Ex: theft, assault, homicide etc. on a MPF unit (02-)), CWU and Loyalists.
Major malcompliance and/or Status Evasion: Failure to co-operate
with protection teams (Example: Resisting arrest) and/or hiding from Civil Protection.
Criminal Trespassing: Trespassing into a restricted area such as the Sewers
without authorization or using UU cards to trespass into CWU Property.
Possession of 8 Verdict Points.
Possession of Class B Contraband.

The judgement for a Level 3 violation is a Level 3 verdict: 4 Cycles in Detainment (20 minutes) and 6 points.

<::LEVEL 4 VIOLATIONS::>

Policide: (Attempted) disruption of the political structure by damaging high-ranked
targets within the community. (Ex: theft, assault, homicide etc. on a MPF unit (01+)), Overwatch, Civil Administration etc.
Possession of 12 Verdict Points.
Unlawful Entry: Entry to the Nexus.
Imperfection: Physical trauma or mental instability.(10-103m)
UPA: Unlawful Procreative Activity.
Capital malcompliance: Being part of an unrest structure.
Possession of Class A Contraband.

The judgement for a Level 4 violation is a Level 4 verdict: Immediate amputation (Unless judged otherwise).

<::LOCATIONS::>
Sector: The whole City, in this case Sector 18.
District: A city is divided into districts:
District 1 (Train-station and CWU production block)
District 2 (Plaza, UPH, FOTO, all Plaza CWU stores)
District 3 (Fat Nargodian, USH, warehouses, Nexus back entrance, Plaza Bridge, Catwalks)
District 4 (Restricted zone, the Slums & Subway)
Block: Buildings such as the CWU store and the UCH.




<::RATION DISTRIBUTION::>
During Ration Distribution, 3-4 Units are needed for it.
Positions for Ration Distribution: Distributor, Sentry, and One or Two Search Units.
Distributor’s objective is to give out rations and check Data of Citizens.
Sentry’s Objective is to maintain single file line and watch the civilians.
Search Units are to search the civilians after each one had received their ration
(Aka they get out of line with ration- you search them quickly then let them go along).




<::LOYALTY POINTS::>
Most loyalty points are earned from pleasing the Metropolice Force; Units ranging from 05 and above may
give any citizen loyalty points if he or she feels said citizen did something productive for the Union.
Think of handing in contraband, offering to clean the streets or the Unit's uniform, or even exposing a plot.
The amount given, which needs to be reasonable, depends on the Unit, but it is necessary
to mention your Unit Digits in the citizen's file when you give them points.
Failing to do so will render the points useless.

Another way to earn these points is by submitting a suggestion regarding the city policy
to the Civil Administration. If your idea proves useful, the City Administrator or
City Ministers may order a Unit to give you an amount of loyalty points. Again, within reason.


Examples of how many points to grant for what the citizen has done to deserve them.

•Cleaning up trash or cleaning graffiti or cleaning up streets - 3 point.
•Fixing or repairing Universal Union property - 10 Points.
•Saving a Citizen's life - 5 Points.
•Saving a Universal Combine Authority Unit's life - 30 Points.
•Saving the City Administrator's life - 150 Points.
•Provide medical assistance to a Universal Combine Authority unit - 15 Points.
•Reporting a crime and proving it true/Helping locate a level 1-3 offender - 15 Points.
•Reporting a crime and proving it true/Helping locate a level 4-5 offender - 25 Points.
•Reporting a crime and proving it true/Helping locate a level 6-7 offender - 50 Points.
•Finding and reporting contraband(Level 1/Green) - 5 Points.
•Finding and reporting contraband(Level 2/Yellow) - 15 Points.
•Finding and reporting contraband(Level 3/Red) - 20 Points.

Unit loses 1/4 of sterilization credits.
Unit loses 1/4 of rank privileges.
Unit receives light Re-education.
Unit patrols only with supervision and permission.

Two *'s (**):
Unit loses 1/2 of rank privileges.
Unit loses 1/2 of sterilized credits.
Unit receives severe re-education and three cycles isolation.
Possible trial to demotion protocol (Simply, revision of every topic of his rank by far).

Three *'s (***):
Deservicement.
Unit is forbidden to leave Nexus at all cost, despite his rank.

<::PUNISHABLE VIOLATIONS::>

Level * Violations for units:
Disobeying or not showing respect towards High Ranked Units.
Disobeying minor commands from High Rank.
Failure to follow rank permission Level One (Example - Recruit with pistol only).
Being disrespectful towards other units (Low ranked) (Need proof from other units).
Disobeying or not showing respect toward Civil Administrators or Ministers (could be punished with re-education- BM at command’s discretion)

Level ** Violations:
Constantly disobeying High Ranked units despite the First blackmark.
Disobeying Major command from High Ranked.
Failure to follow rank permission Level Two (Example: Having pistol as Recruit as well as starting Ration Distribution) (Simply, not following your privileges).
Theft of equipment.
Attempt of Suicide.
Attempt to go rogue.
Attempt to attack a Unit (-02) (Sociocide).
Failure to call backup (Example, Using 11-99 Code when you just need to open the door).

Level *** Violations:
Failure to follow rank permission Level Three.
Going Rogue.
Murder of Low ranked Unit.
Attempt to attack a Unit (02+) (Policide)
Rape or UPA with other Units or Citizens.




<::JUDGEMENT WAIVER PROTOCOLS::>

Get units in the UCH; tie, search and apply all citizens.
Get a squad to go and sweep the UPH.
Have units outside DETAIN any Citizen outside within 5 minutes of the JW Alarm sounding, and question them as to why they were walking around.
(Ask them if they had just spawned, if they just spawned then let them into the UCH if not then detain them.)
Have a squad sweep District Three and detain any citizens found within it, including the USH.
Status code should be RED-All units may have their weapons out and ready to fire at anytime.




<::AUTONOMOUS JUDGEMENT WAIVER PROTOCOLS::>

Can only be called by a DvL+
If an OTA is killed Autonomous is called for the district it occurred in.
Get all citizens into the UCH, tie and search all of them- do not kill them unless told to do so by a DvL+.
All individuals found within the districts the Autonomous waiver was called in are to be amputated.
Any Citizen that commits any anti-civil crime is to be dealt with at the discretion of the unit (Amputate him or beat him badly or etc.)
